We follow the principle of “Data Minimization,” collecting only the data necessary to fulfill the single-user license contract.

2. The “No-Sale” and “No-Sharing” Commitment

No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Service Providers: We only disclose personal information to third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing) to enable them to provide their services. All such providers are contractually bound by a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to protect your data.

Right to Delete: You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data upon account closure, subject to certain legal exceptions.

4. Data Security and Breach Notification

We implement industry-standard technical safeguards, including encryption for data at rest and in transit. In the event of a suspected security breach, we will notify affected users and regulatory authorities within 72 hours of detection as required by law.
