2. Limitation of Liability for Security Failures

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from or related to the use of the application.

Aggregate Liability Cap: In no event shall Licensor's total aggregate liability for all claims related to this agreement exceed the total fees paid by you to the Licensor in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Hack and Data Leak Waiver: You acknowledge that no security measures are impenetrable. Licensor is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized access, “Zero-Day” vulnerabilities, or advanced persistent threats from nation-state actors.

3. Estimates and User Verification

All materials, measurements, labor calculations, and associated costs generated by the application are provided as estimates only. BideMateAi LLC does not assume any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of these generated figures.

The user acknowledges that results from the site may not be accurate and reliable. The user is solely and ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of all materials, measurements, labor, and costs before relying on them for any purpose, including but not limited to project planning, bidding, contracting, or construction.

The service may contain links to third-party websites or content. Licensor has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or safety of such external sources.
